I needed my fire alarm system upgrade and brought up to code. Keystone Alarms came in and got the job done right the first time, and the cost was competitive with other companies. Every time I call for any help, they immediately answer. Excellent company!

I have been a customer for 19 years. When ever I needed Keystone Protective always available. I heard chirping and couldn’t figure it out. It was coming from my attic. Operator had me take pictures and I sent them by phone. It was an easy fix and no serious issue. No service call was needed. The operator spent time on the phone with me and was very patient. Very kind and explained what to do. I’m very grateful for her patience and kindness. Not everything is about money.

Was looking for a practical solution to eliminate landline alarm hook up, and Len had the answer I was hoping for.

My wife researched alarm companies on the internet and thought Keystone was a good fit because they didn’t appear to be a nation wide company who would lose us in their large portfolio. She was right.

We called after our system went down following some work done at our house. Jen was terrific! She was able to fit us in the following morning.

The alarm service has been working well for us. The technical staff were very nice. They came in time to fix issues related to the alarm system. We can also call office for questions about the alarm service and it was addressed properly.

Len and his staff respond almost instantly to inquiries. I’ve had no problem with the system since it was installed 4 years ago. Neighbor has DIY system that always has issues. Tech just installed additional sensors. He was friendly, attentive and professional. Call center responds immediately when alarm activated.
